Your deposit secures it.
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable—no exceptions. They reserve appointment time and the preparation involved in getting your tattoo ready.
Large-scale work
Custom Deposit
Large projects use a project-specific deposit. That deposit is applied to the final session.

Deposits compensate for reserved time and project preparation and are not refundable.
Group tattoos
One Deposit
One deposit may secure multiple clients when they are part of the same group appointment arrangement.
Rescheduling & arrival
Respect the time.
Protect the appointment.
Appointment time is set aside specifically for you. Rescheduling and arrival policies help keep the day running efficiently and fairly.
Hours Notice
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a tattoo appointment.
Reschedule
One reschedule is allowed per deposit when proper notice is given.
Minute Grace
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving later than that forfeits the deposit.
No-Show
A missed appointment forfeits the deposit. A new deposit is required to resume scheduling.
Large-project deposits
Multi-session work.
One long-term plan.
Large tattoos often require multiple sessions. The deposit remains attached to the project and is intended to carry through to the final session.
Missed Session
If a scheduled large-project session is missed, the deposit is forfeited.
Resume the Project
A new deposit is required before future sessions can be reserved after a missed appointment.
Final Session
The active large-project deposit is applied to the final session of the project.
Touch-ups
Healing matters.
Aftercare matters.
Touch-up coverage depends on location, timing, and proper aftercare. The goal is to support good healing while keeping expectations clear.
30Days
Basic Locations
Basic tattoo locations are guaranteed for 30 days when proper aftercare is followed. A qualifying touch-up during that period has no fee.
After 30 days, if proper aftercare was not followed, or if the tattoo is in a non-basic location, a $150 setup fee applies.

Deposits

Piercing deposits are not currently required.
Minimum age
6+
Piercing services are available beginning at age six, subject to minor documentation requirements.
Minor consent
Notarized Form
Clients under 18 require a notarized parental consent form.
I.D.
Photo ID
Government-issued photo identification is required for minor piercing appointments.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins welcome.
Call for availability.
Same-day availability changes throughout the day. Calling before you arrive is the easiest way to confirm that time is available.
Tattoos
Small and medium tattoos—approximately 1–4 inches—are the most likely to be accommodated the same day.
Piercing
Walk-ins are welcome. Calling first helps confirm current piercing availability.
